    Our office accepts some major insurance plans. However, we offer a sliding scale discount based on income if you are uninsured. If you are unable to afford your office visit, you can apply here, and a member of our team will reach out to you.
    How often should I receive primary care if I consider myself in overall good health?

    I can’t make it into the office, are there other alternatives to an in-person visit?
