COVID Vaccine
In our on-going efforts to keep our community safe, Orange Blossom Family Health provides COVID-19 vaccines, boosters and testing to our current patients and the community. Walk-ups are accepted with no appointments required.
Testing is available at our Main location, 232 N Orange Blossom Trail, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm.

Please note that these are minimum charges only and amounts will vary based on the service or services provided.
The cost of our services is determined by a sliding fee scale based on total household income, the number of persons living at your residence, and in accordance with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
